What we collect

When you call, text, email or use the form on this site we receive your name, phone number, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about the trip you want.

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share your details with anyone.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, confirm your charter, and contact you about your booking. That is the whole list.

If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Fonts, images and video are served from this site itself rather than from an outside provider, so simply reading these pages does not hand your details to anyone.

Third parties

If you use the form on the contact page, your submission is delivered to the email address on this site by FormSubmit, a form relay service, which processes it under its own privacy policy. Calling, texting or emailing reaches Captain Shawn directly with no third party in between. Booking platforms such as FishingBooker operate under their own privacy policies when you book through them.
